It has been quite some time since I wrote anything on this page, so I have decided that I would start anew.  My long layoff from publishing anything to this page was due to an injury in early december that completely derailed the base work I had been doing through November.  All in all, I have taken the last 6 weeks off of training and I am now in the clear to gradually start back into.  I am leaving for Whistler to go Skiing in less than a week and have a plan to kick off my official training program the Monday of the week I am supposed to return.
